NOTE: Online training for the SDI Open Water Diver course are intended to replace the equivalent SDI paper manual. You are still required to satisfactorily complete all requirements for the course including any classroom, pool, and/or open water training required for certification. Get started with the pre-study theory portion of the Open Water Diver course to prepare yourself for the required class, pool, and open water training required for certification. You can complete the online training from the comfort of your own home anytime. You will work through the various chapters online, and each chapter will end with a short knowledge quiz. There will be a final exam at the end of the course. If you have any questions at any time during the online training, please feel free to call or email us with your questions. We have several highly experienced instructors that are available during our regular store hours.
You will have access to your online profile and all online training purchases for future reference and review.

- After purchasing the online training course, we will email you your personal online code and a link to log-in and start your online training.
- You are required to complete the online training prior to the start of any pool, classroom, or open water training for this course.
- The Open Water Diver course already includes the cost of the online training, so the cost will be deducted from your course fees when you register to complete the training.
